1. Purpose of rental:
The holiday home is used exclusively for the previously agreed period as temporary accommodation for the tenant and accompanying persons. Any commercial use or subletting is not permitted without the prior written consent of the landlord. The maximum rental period is 90 days.


2. Terms of payment:
The tenant agrees to pay the agreed rent in accordance with the terms of payment. 
At least 25% up to 30 days before arrival. Balance in cash or by bank transfer on arrival.
Credit card payment not possible.


3. Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellations are free of charge.
Up to 14 days we charge 50% of the booked arrangement.
Up to 7 days before arrival we charge 75% of the arrangement.
After that we charge 100% of the arrangement.


4. W-LAN use:
The tenant may use the WLAN network available in the holiday flat free of charge. The use is at the tenant's own responsibility and the tenant agrees not to use the network for illegal or inappropriate activities. The landlord assumes no responsibility for the availability, speed or security of the WLAN network.


5. Surrender of the rented property:
At the end of the agreed rental period, the holiday home must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. The tenant undertakes to return all keys, remote controls and other inventory supplied. Any damage or loss must be reported to the landlord immediately and compensated by the tenant. The final cleaning will be carried out by the landlord. Dishes should be washed or in the dishwasher. 


6. Force majeure:
In the event of force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest or other unforeseeable circumstances which impair or render impossible the use of the holiday home, both the landlord and the tenant are released from their obligations. In such cases, there is normally no entitlement to compensation or reimbursement.
